About the Role
As Operations Coordinator you are the heartbeat of our daily freight operations. You plan road departures, book carrier capacity, monitor shipments in our control tower, and keep customers informed proactively when schedules shift. You work closely with our warehouse, customs, and customer service teams to make every delivery promise stick.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in freight forwarding or transport planning
- Fluent Dutch and English; German is a plus
- Working knowledge of European road transport regulations
- Comfortable with TMS/WMS software and Excel
- Calm under pressure, sharp on detail
